Jimi is the founder of JimFitness (Gym Fitness) and began working out at a very young age while playing football in middle school. Later in life, he found the glory of swimming for a workout and saw how being a great swimmer can make you much better at your regular workout. Although his metabolism today is much lower than in his younger years, he feels much better health-wise. Your sessions with Jimi come with a wealth of knowledge and real improvements that can be measured. As your personal trainer, he will ensure you are on a path to success.

He is an expert boxer and swimmer and wants to empower you to get there, too. If you can envision taking full advantage of all the equipment the gym offers, it can make going to the gym a much more fulfilling experience that can improve other areas of your life.
