An optional swim cap helps the water to flow around your hair, improving your swimming by reducing the resistance and drag from your hair.

Get Good Rest The Night Before

Being well-rested is imperative to making the most of your workout. It keeps you alert and responsive to changes that will occur during your session.

Stay Hydrated

Being hydrated helps your session by preventing cramps. If you experience cramps during an intense workout, it is most likely because of a lack of hydration. Please bring water to your session and consume it during your workout.

Stretching expands the range of motion of your muscles and joints, which is imperative for preventing injury during a workout session. Feel free to stretch independently and be ready for some great stretches before your session.

Do You Have Long Eyelashes and Want to Learn Swimming?

Most women with long eyelashes or eyelash extensions find it problematic to fit on their goggles. If you have long lashes, please try on your goggles and ensure you are comfortable with them to make the most of your session. It may help to adjust the goggles and learn to tighten them on your own without help.

How Can I Make The Most of My Fitness Session?

You should arrive at the gym 15 minutes before your appointment in workout clothes and ready to go. Get plenty of rest the night before and perform some stretches so you are prepared to go when the appointment starts.

If your session is in a commercial gym, remember to bring a lock for the locker, gym bag, and towel. Also, most gyms have fitness classes in the pool and fitness rooms. Based on what you are trying to accomplish, please ensure there are no classes during your appointment time.
