Initial personal training session to get acquainted, understand the importance of training correctly, and implement correct techniques into your current workout (should help improve your current workout). The fitness fundamentals learned in this session can transform your current workout and expand your fitness vision. This session also includes boxing and swimming basics. Please bring boxing gloves if you want to dive in without fear during boxing. You should also bring a swimsuit or swimwear regardless of whether you intend to learn to swim (if you cannot swim), as we will show you how to improve your workouts in the water and why using the pool is an invaluable way to enhance your workout, stamina, flexibility, and endurance.
