JimFitness is your personal training solution in the goal of overall fitness. We offer training sessions in three key areas: gym fitness, swimming, and boxing. In addition, we help with other areas of fitness that may be more specialized. What you'll realize by working with us is that our sessions contain a lot of knowledge and experience that can improve anyone's workout (knowledge that even certified personal trainers don't communicate or emphasize). Our experience with proven outcomes is second to none in the industry.
Our motto at JimFitness is to empower you in your fitness journey. We believe in the old saying, "Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he will eat for the rest of his life." We don't just put you on machines and grade you. Instead, we observe how you naturally work out and provide advice throughout your session. We strive to make your workout experience empowering, not intimidating.
At JimFitness, we believe in the power of psychology and the repetition of good habits. We understand that merging your habits with your muscle memory is the key to maximizing your workout and achieving spectacular results. It's not about the number of machines or drills you do. While those may work, they are far from the maximum potential. We focus on the quality of your workout, not just the quantity.

At JimFitness (Gym Fitness), we hold sessions at LA Fitness throughout the Atlanta area or at your apartment, condo, or home gym/pool. We also utilize the full gym, although we will usually skip the basketball and racquetball (it is up to you; you are the one who is empowered with your workout and goals).
