While this session is a great start, you may need additional sessions or a gym fitness bundle to fully integrate these techniques into your routine and start feeling the full benefits of our training.

LA Fitness Membership
An LA Fitness membership is required for sessions that include swimming in the pool. LA Fitness is a popular, full-purpose gym with various locations throughout Georgia.
We highly encourage you to incorporate boxing, kickboxing, and swimming into your overall fitness routine and workout plan. Although not necessary to maximize your gym workout, using most of the gym while getting an extraordinary workout should be something you try at some point.
